Welcome Jackson Wyatt Cravey!!

My best friend Erin had her baby boy last night! 8lbs, 6 oz, 21.5 inches long with cute peach fuzz for hair. :) I can't wait for him and baby Riggs #2 to become best friends!

bye-bye Houston!

Well, today is our last full day in the apartment! James and his dad will be moving everything out today while I'm at work and we'll hopefully be spending the night in our house tonight! Closing went well (one minor snag with the plumber but it's fixed now) and we are definitely ready to get settled in.
My work is throwing a baby shower for me today, which is wonderful, as we really have not gotten ANYTHING for this baby. I feel so bad! By this time with Stephen, I had the room completely set up, clothes washed and put away and hospital bag packed. Not so this time!
James *might* have found a job so everyone keep your fingers crossed! There's a new Mediterranean style restaurant opening up in Angleton and he went and talked with the chef yesterday. The chef seemed really interested in James and said he was by far, the best guy he'd interviewed yet (and he's interviewed a lot!). The job sounds perfect for James and we're both really excited about it.
Stephen's been spending the day with my parents while we get everything moved. He's been having fun playing in the backyard so we're happy we finally have a place at the house for him to run around. :)
That's about it! No pictures this time, as I have no idea where the camera is even packed. :)

First post!

I decided that since we'll be moving away from so many friends and our family is spread out, it would probably be a good idea to start a blog so you guys can keep up with us. :)

Quick update on all of us:

Me & James:

James is looking for a job in Lake Jackson, as we're supposed to close on our house early next week and be out of the apartment by the 22nd. I've got 3 more weeks till the c-section and am very ready!!

Stephen:

Just hit 17 months and is growing like a weed! Not really talking but he does understand us and is quickly learning body parts (the belly button is his favorite and he'll gladly show it off to anyone who asks!). It feels like he's been teething nonstop since he hit 14 months so we'll definitely be glad when it's all over (or at least slows down). He's still an easygoing little guy and such a sweetie.

Baby #2:

Still due on December 2nd (by scheduled c-section). Had my 36 week appointment today and so far, hasn't dropped and not dilated at all! I'm surprised as I'm so insanely uncomfortable, I was sure something had to have happened. Looks like baby will stay in till the 2nd though, which really is better for us all, what with the move and Thanksgiving.

I promise to try and keep this thing updated with posts and pictures! For now, I'll leave you with some Halloween pictures of Stephen (always best to end on a high note). :)

Our little bat!

He definitely had fun on Halloween. :)
